🎨 What to Include in Your Order Notes

When placing your order, include as much detail as possible in the notes field:

• Garment color – specify the shirt/hoodie color you want
• Design description – describe the text, graphic, or theme (e.g., "graduation 2027, name in gold on front, class motto on back")
• Placement – front, back, sleeve, or pocket area
• Preferred colors for the design – list specific colors or describe the color scheme
• Any special requests – fonts, effects, personalization details

📁 Accepted File Types & How to Submit Them

If you have a logo, photo, or inspiration image, please send it to us by email after placing your order:

• Accepted formats: PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF, SVG, or AI files
• Best quality: High-resolution files (300 DPI or higher) or vector files produce the sharpest prints
• How to submit: Email your files to 4ucreations@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line

✅ Proofs & Revisions

• A digital proof will be sent to you via email before production begins — no surprises!
• You'll have the opportunity to request up to 2 rounds of revisions on your proof at no extra charge
• Production starts only after you give written approval on the proof
• Please review your proof carefully — we print exactly what is approved

⏱ Production & Turnaround Time

• Standard production: 5–7 business days after proof approval
• Rush orders: Contact us before ordering to check availability
• Production time does not include shipping transit time
• Orders with multiple items or complex designs may require additional time — we'll keep you updated
